Who we are

This shop is run by The EV Pros Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16875768, registered office 235 Notley Road, Braintree, England, CM7 1HG. VAT number GB 527 2480 90. You can reach us at hello@theevpros.com.

Prices

Prices on the site include VAT at the current rate. Product pages also show the price without VAT, for business buyers who reclaim it. Delivery is charged as set out in our Shipping policy. If we have listed something at an obviously wrong price, we will tell you before sending it and you can cancel or pay the correct price.

Your order

When you place an order you get an email confirming we have received it. The contract between us starts when we email to say your order has been despatched. If we cannot supply something, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

Using the equipment

Much of what we sell is safety equipment for work on high voltage vehicles. It must be used by people trained and competent to do that work, in line with the manufacturer's instructions and the standard it is rated to. Inspect insulating equipment before every use, and do not use anything that is damaged or past its test date.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you buy as a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and not for loss that was not foreseeable. If you buy for a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
