Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in Great Britain, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, at the same prices. All prices include VAT.

• Standard delivery, 2 to 3 working days: £9.90 on orders under £100, free on orders of £100 or more.
• Next working day: £11.90.
• Next working day before 12 noon: £24.00.
• Battery lifting table and mobile EV safety station, by pallet, 2 to 3 working days: £83.00.

For next working day delivery, order by 12 noon, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Most items are despatched within 2 working days. If something you order is out of stock, we will email you with a realistic date before anything is sent, and you can cancel for a full refund if it does not suit you.

The battery lifting table and the mobile EV safety station travel on a pallet and arrive separately from any other items in the same order, so an order with both pays both delivery charges.

The checkout cannot price delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or anywhere outside the UK. Email hello@theevpros.com with what you need and your postcode and we will send you a price. If an order for one of those addresses comes through the checkout, we will contact you before sending anything.

If a delivery arrives damaged or something is missing, email us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.
