Refund policy

If you change your mind about something you bought, tell us within 14 days of the day it arrives. Email hello@theevpros.com with your order number and what you are sending back.

Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging. You pay the cost of returning it. We refund the price of the item within 14 days of receiving it, to the card you paid with. If you send back the whole order, we also refund what you paid for delivery, up to the cost of our standard delivery.

Insulating gloves, under gloves and other PPE worn against the skin can only be returned with the seal unbroken, for hygiene reasons.

If something is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, tell us and we will arrange collection at our cost, then repair it, replace it or refund you in full. Your legal rights are not affected.

Trade customers buying for their business get the same 14 day returns on the same conditions.
